HARDWARE 

Hardware Warranty Period:

Nug Republic has an industry-leading warranty policy in place in order to make returns and exchanges for defective products as swift and convenient as possible. Unlike most retailers who force you to deal directly with the manufacturer after a given period of time, Nug Republic honors the manufacturer’s entire warranty period in-house. In other words, we will handle all hardware defects for you ourselves for the entire duration of the manufacturer’s warranty.

Depending on the particular hardware product(s) you have purchased, the warranty period will differ. Some manufacturers offer warranties as little as 3-months, while others offer lifetime warranties on their devices. If you are experiencing a defective product, please first note the manufacturer’s warranty period, and if you are still within the range, then give us a call and we will handle the problem for you.

 

I Have a Defective Hardware Product - What Do I Do?

Please allow us to first sincerely apologize that you are experiencing problems with your product. However, please don’t worry—we are here to help in any way we can. In order to help expedite this process for you, please follow the steps detailed below. Should you have any questions regarding this process whatsoever, please do not hesitate to call or email us, and we will make sure to guide you through it.

 

Step 1: Give us a Call or Shoot Us an Email

The very first thing to do once you have discovered a faulty product is to contact us via email or phone. We will ask you for some basic information, such as the product you ordered, your order number, and a description of the problem you are experiencing. Our knowledgeable staff has multiple troubleshooting measures that may resolve the problem for you without being forced to send it back to us.

Step 2: Get Authorization to Send It Back

Due to the fact that the vast majority of problems can be easily and rapidly resolved using our many troubleshooting techniques, we kindly ask that you first complete Step 1 above, then obtain authorization to send the product back to us. Following this simple procedure will ensure that we have the necessary notes in your account, which our technicians can refer to once the product has reached us.

As soon as the return is delivered to our facility, our skilled technicians will extensively test the device to make sure that it is indeed defective. Once we have concluded that the issue is the result of a manufacturer defect, and not that of user error, we will send you out a brand new device. If the issue is due to user error, we will send you back the original device.

Please make sure to include either your original packing slip, or a piece of paper with your name and order number on it, so that we are able to locate your file once the return has been received. Failure to do so will result in unnecessary delays in resolving the matter for you.

IMPORTANT: We kindly ask that the return you send to us includes the original box, papers, and all components that came with your device. The reason for this is that the manufacturer will require that we provide this to them in order for us to be reimbursed with a replacement device. Returns that do not include these required items cannot be accepted.

Returns for Non-Defective Hardware Products

In the event that you wish to return an item that is not defective, we will be happy to refund your credit card or offer you store credit that can be used towards another purchase. Exchanges and returns for non-defective items must be received within 15-days from the time the order was delivered to you.

However, it is very important to note that used or opened items cannot be returned under any circumstance whatsoever. This is a very firm rule, and one that is based on both hygiene and regulations.

 

Refunds:

All refunds will be issued back to the credit card that you used to make the original purchase. We unfortunately cannot offer refunds in any other form. Please note that although Nug Republic has issued a refund to you, the funds will not be made immediately available. This is entirely outside of our control, and is wholly based on the amount of time your specific financial institution takes to release the funds to your account. Although the length of time varies from one bank to the other, the median time it takes for your money to reach your account is 72-hours.

 

Cosmetic Damage:

If you received an item that shows some signs of damage, please first accept our most sincere apology. We do our absolute best to package your products in such a way that it is completely shielded from potential damage; however, unfortunately some products come to us from the manufacturer with minor imperfections. In such an event, we will immediately exchange the device for you with a brand new one. Please note, however, that damage that is determined to be the result of user error, such as dropped products, is not covered under our warranty.

  

Missing Item:

If your order is missing an item, please first allow us to sincerely apologize. Although we have multiple steps we painstakingly take to ensure no errors are made during the processing of your order, we are only human, and blunders do rarely occur from time-to-time. In such a case, please note that we must be informed within 24-hours from the time your package was delivered to you. This policy is in place due to the fact that some individuals may take advantage of our dedication to excellent customer service, and will falsely claim error on our part in order to avoid purchasing a lost or damage item.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

In the event that you have purchased a device that is defective and need to send it back to us, we kindly ask that you cover the cost to send it to us for examination, using the most economic shipping available. As soon as our technicians have verified that the device does contain a manufacturer defect, we will certainly refund the economic shipping cost you paid for to send the item back to us. However, please not that if the defect cannot be confirmed, or if it is due to user error, we will not be able to refund you for the shipping fee.

You will be responsible for non-defective items being sent back to us for returns or exchanges.

 

Pre-Paid Credit Cards:

All refunds must be returned to the credit card used to make the purchase. This includes pre-paid credit cards. In the event that you wish to return an item purchased with a pre-paid card, we will issue the refund to that same card. We are unfortunately unable to issue refunds in any other fashion.

In the event that you no longer have the card, the only option would be for us to issue you store credit for the return.

 

CBD PRODUCTS

CBD Return & Exchange:

Nug Republic strives to ensure we offer the very best warranty and return policy possible for all CBD products. We will gladly accept returns and exchanges for any CBD item within 30-days after the purchase date, as long as the product is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Due to our inability to obtain reimbursement from the manufacturer for opened, damaged, or unboxed items, nor are we able to resell such items, we cannot accept returns on CBD products that are opened, damaged, or not complete with its original packaging.

Nug Republic does not make any claims as to the effectiveness of any CBD product sold on our website. We cannot offer any returns, refunds, or exchanges for any CBD product that has been opened or used due to a perceived lack of effectiveness. Every individual’s body is different and reacts differently to various substances, including CBD. Nug Republic does not guarantee that any CBD product will produce any result of any sort. By purchasing from Nug Republic, you understand and agree to take sole, full, and whole responsibility and liability for your purchase. Nug Republic does not make any claims or offer any guarantees of effectiveness, efficiency, efficacy, usefulness, helpfulness, advantageousness, suitability, utility, or benefit whatsoever.

CBD Tinctures, Edibles, Vape Oils, and Juices:

We offer returns and exchanges on CBD vape oils/vape juices for a period of 30-days after the purchase date. However, the product must be in its original packaging, unopened, undamaged, and unused. Due to the fact that taste is wholly subjective, we cannot offer returns, refunds, or exchanges due to the fact that you did not enjoy a flavor.

Important Disclaimer Regarding CBD Products:

CBD products are not intended for sale to minors. You must be of legal age in your state, and no younger than 18-years-old in any state to purchase CBD products.

CBD Products should only be used as directed on the label of the specific product(s) you have purchased.

DO NOT USE CBD PRODUCTS IF YOU ARE PREGNANT OR NURSING.
